Art and Soul Gallery Opening

There was a large crowd last night at Art and Soul Gallery at Spiceland Mall. The Cocoa Show opened with introductions by Susan Mains and a captivating cocoa poem from a local poet. Beautiful art, patrons, artists, buyers and of course, cocoa filled the room with an energetic buzz! The combination of art and chocolate seemed to give everyone a smile. I loved the way the show was curated. My piece was placed next to small figure sculptures and a large found wood object by artist Rick Feld. I had a great time chatting with the fellow artists, explaining my work to the viewers and having the opportunity to display at such a reputable gallery. I am already excited and beginning my next piece, or pieces--the show opening was great inspiration and momentum to keep creating.
